Over the course of a six-year project, our team undertook the challenging task of demolishing numerous hospital buildings, parking decks, rehabilitation centers, and an apartment building. Remarkably, Trifecta seamlessly navigated the intricacies of working around an operational hospital throughout the entire duration of the project. Our efforts resulted in the successful demolition of over 500,000 SF of buildings without a single incident, and the project was completed ahead of schedule. Recognizing our exceptional achievements, we were honored to receive an award from DPR/RODGERS/ATRIUM for the outstanding and timely completion of the demolition project.
