UNC Medical Education Building

This project was a total demolition, floor by floor, of an 8-story concrete building totaling 144,000 SF. Abatement of interior and exterior PCB caulking (15,100 LF); TSI (12,0 LF) mastic counter-tops was required. This building was in close proximity to active educational buildings. Trifecta utilized 180,000 LB high reach with hydraulic processors to take down the structure.
