Project consisted of a historic textile mill located in Waxhaw, NC. The mill had received many additions over the years and the client desired to expose the original architecture while transforming the project to apartments. Trifecta performed building separations and removed additions in order to expose the original mill. Additionally, approximately 28,000sf of historic brick was refreshed after Trifecta’s team utilized a chemical stripper to remove multiple layers of paint to expose the historic brick.
