Levine Cancer Center

Trifecta Services Company performed the demolition of a 4-story, 35,000 sf building that once housed the Levine Cancer Center in Charlotte. The building was demolished using our High Reach Excavator with concrete processor as well as multiple other excavators with a variety of attachments. Unknown to anyone, the building was constructed using massive concrete footings that required deep excavation for removal. Trifecta, having come prepared with sizeable equipment was able to demolish, remove the footing and to keep the project on track and schedule.
