This Project consisted of 350,000 SF total demolition of high-rise building and adjacent parking garage in Uptown Charlotte.  Trifecta performed abatement and hazardous waste removal.  The Building was situated in a high-traffic area, directly adjacent to the active Light Rail, requiring extensive coordination with the City to ensure demolition was performed safely and without disruption to commuter scheduling.  Trifecta salvaged equipment and provided UST/AST removal to ensure that the client’s expectations and budget were met.
