Meet the Trifecta.

  • Founder | President

After years rising through the ranks of the demolition industry—from entry-level positions to VP at one of the nation's largest contractors—Sam saw the same problems on project after project. Despite working on demolition jobs of all sizes across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors nationwide, he consistently witnessed gaps in safety protocols, client trust, and project communication. This hands-on experience across every level of the business gave him a unique perspective on what was broken in the industry. Together with his co-founders, he launched Trifecta to finally address these fundamental issues that larger contractors had failed to solve.

  • Vice President of Operations | Co-Founder

Over two decades in demolition, Ryan Sensale led more than 500 projects ranging from small residential renovations to massive industrial plant closures, working across commercial, educational, healthcare, and environmental sectors. Over his years, he witnessed firsthand how inconsistent safety standards, poor communication, and broken trust plagued projects of every scale. Ryan recognized that the industry's fundamental problems weren't about technical capability but about how contractors approached client relationships and job site accountability. Partnering with his co-founders, he created Trifecta to bring the professionalism and reliability that demolition projects deserved but rarely received.

  • Vice President of Sales | Co-Founder

Mark spent over 20 years mastering every aspect of the demolition business, from estimating and project management to the financial backbone of AR, AP, and cash flow analysis. But his comprehensive view of both operations and business revealed a troubling pattern: the industry's failures in safety, communication, and trust weren't just hurting clients, they were undermining the long-term viability of projects and relationships. Mark understood that fixing these problems required more than operational excellence: it demanded a complete rethinking of how demolition companies approached their work and their clients. Together with his co-founders, he launched Trifecta to build a company where strong business fundamentals and industry integrity finally went hand in hand.

Make it stand out.
