  • Demolition of 200,000 SF of Nashville Convention Center situated in highly trafficked area

  • Required a building separation of the convention center main floor and 4-story conference room building from the active hotel with the highest point of the structure being over 120’ tall

  • 150,000 SF of interior demolition included removal of both structural and nonstructural build out, MEP demolition, expansion of underground parking facilities
