Wake Forest Baptist Hospital Parking Deck

The demolition involved the removal of an existing 300,000 SF cast-in-place parking garage situated in the center of North Carolina's largest teaching hospital. As part of the project, there was a need for fiber reinforcement of the existing concrete floor, and a 14,000-pound robot was carefully placed on an elevated floor. Duke Data Center

This Project consisted of 350,000 SF total demolition of high-rise building and adjacent parking garage in Uptown Charlotte.  Trifecta performed abatement and hazardous waste removal.  The Building was situated in a high-traffic area, directly adjacent to the active Light Rail, requiring extensive coordination with the City to ensure demolition was performed safely and without disruption to commuter scheduling.  Trifecta salvaged equipment and provided UST/AST removal to ensure that the client's expectations and budget were met....

Big Brown Power Plant

Opened in 1971, the coal-fired power plant was retired in 2018 and acquired by Commercial Liability Partners in 2020. Trifecta Services used explosives to demolish two, 400-foot-tall stacks, two, 450-megawatt generators and associated 225-foot-tall boilers. The company also prepared the site for future redevelopment by conducting a full environmental abatement of the entire property and an anticipated 40,000 tons of steel will be recycled....

Medical Education Building

Nashville Convention Center

To prepare the site for a new mixed-use space in Nashville, Trifecta Services was tapped to demolish a 200,000-square-foot convention hall in one of the busiest intersections downtown. Kell Hall

Kell Hall, a multistory building constructed in the 1920s, was demolished by Trifecta Services to allow for a new green space at Georgia State University’s downtown Atlanta campus. Waxhaw Mill Reno

Project consisted of a historic textile mill located in Waxhaw, NC. The mill had received many additions over the years and the client desired to expose the original architecture while transforming the project to apartments. Trifecta performed building separations and removed additions in order to expose the original mill. VW Chattanooga Paint Shop

In preparation for production of a new vehicle line-up, facilities at a major international automotive manufacturer required renovation work to its current paint shop to add a second production line at the plant. In order to not impact current production, negative pressure dust containments were built and work was completed during plant shut down periods. Ore Bridge Demolition

Removal of of 520' Ore Bridge through implosion due to it's compromised status. The Ore Bridge was suspended 120' in the air over the top of an active conveyor systems that fed iron ore to a blast furnace that had to remain operation during the entire project. 80lf of the bridge was rigged to and cut in multiple sections then lowered to the ground to ensure the conveyor would not be compromised during the blast.
