Project consisted of a historic textile mill located in Waxhaw, NC. The mill had received many additions over the years and the client desired to expose the original architecture while transforming the project to apartments. VW Chattanooga Paint Shop
In preparation for production of a new vehicle line-up, facilities at a major international automotive manufacturer required renovation work to its current paint shop to add a second production line at the plant. In order to not impact current production, negative pressure dust containments were built and work was completed during plant shut down periods.
